We are a residential painting crew based in Richmond Hill, working across Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Markham, Vaughan and North York and the rest of York Region. Same crew, same pricing and the same warranty everywhere in it — there is no travel charge anywhere on this page.
The areas we cover
These six are where we work most weeks. Each is a short drive from the shop, which is why we can quote and start quickly rather than batching a trip.
Richmond Hill
York Region
Richmond Hill is our home base. We work across Bayview Hill, Mill Pond, Oak Ridges, and Jefferson — from new-build interior repaints to freshly painted front doors, garage doors and porch railings on older brick homes off Yonge Street.

Aurora
York Region
Aurora homeowners hire us for deck and fence staining in the spring and interior refreshes through the colder months. We're familiar with the older homes in Aurora Village and the newer subdivisions out toward Bayview.

Newmarket
York Region
We paint across Newmarket — Stonehaven, Summerhill Estates, the historic homes around Main Street, and family homes in Glenway. Popcorn ceiling removal and drywall repair are our most-requested Newmarket jobs.

Markham
York Region
Markham keeps us busy with full interior refreshes — especially in Unionville, Cornell, and Cathedraltown. Newer Markham homes tend to need only a colour change and trim refresh; older ones often need a Level-5 ceiling skim.

Vaughan
York Region
From Maple to Woodbridge to Kleinburg, Vaughan homes are typically large and need a crew that can keep clean lines across high ceilings, two-storey foyers, and oak stairways. That's our specialty.

Toronto
We paint across North York — from Willowdale condos and townhouses to detached homes in Bayview Village, Lawrence Park, and York Mills. Tight parking and condo elevator bookings are part of our normal day.

Questions about where we work
- What areas do you cover?
- We are a residential painting crew based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and we work across all nine York Region municipalities plus North York in Toronto. The six we work in most are Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Markham, Vaughan and North York.
- Do you charge extra to travel to the far side of the region?
- No. There is no travel charge, no fuel surcharge and no minimum-distance rule anywhere in our pricing. A quote is driven by the work — surfaces, sizes, prep and paint — not by your postal code, so the same job costs the same in Keswick as it does three minutes from our own door in Richmond Hill.
- I am just outside your area. Is it worth asking?
- Yes — ask anyway. The service-area check on our quote page is deliberately cautious, so it will say it is not sure rather than turn you away when it cannot place an address. Call or send us the address and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
- Can I get a price without an in-home visit first?
- That is the whole point of our online quote. You answer questions about your own rooms and it prices the job with the same engine we use ourselves — one price for the whole job, at your own sizes or our typical ones. We do not need to visit first to confirm it.
- Do you work on condos and townhomes, or only detached houses?
- Both. Condo work along the Yonge corridor in North York and Willowdale is a normal part of our week, elevator bookings and loading-dock windows included, and townhomes with narrow stairwells come up constantly in Richmond Hill and Markham. Tight access changes how we stage a job, not whether we take it.
- How soon can you start?
- It depends on the season more than on where you live. Interior work runs year-round and the colder months are genuinely easier to book. Exterior painting and deck or fence staining wait for a dry stretch with steady temperatures, so spring and summer slots fill first.
